1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the website https://snssupporter.site, the customer account and the API v2, operated by SNSSupporter. It covers visitors, account holders and API users.

2. What we store

SNSSupporter stores only the data needed to run your account, your orders and your payments:

• A hash of your access token, used to sign you in. The token itself cannot be read back from the hash.
• An encrypted copy of your access token, used only to match payment notices from the PayGate checkout to your account.
• The IP address and device type at sign-up, used to apply the limit of 3 accounts per network and to prevent bonus abuse.
• Your orders: the service, the link or username you entered, the quantity, custom comment text, the charge and the status.
• Your top-up records: amount, bonus, coin, payment status and date.

3. What we do not collect

SNSSupporter does not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, postal address, card data or social media passwords. Services work with public links and usernames only; you never share a login for Instagram, YouTube or any other platform.

4. Cookies

SNSSupporter uses three cookies, all first-party:

• One session cookie that keeps you signed in after you enter your token.
• One language cookie that remembers the language you chose.
• One first-visit source cookie that records which page or referring site brought you to SNSSupporter on your first visit.

5. Payments

Top-ups are processed on the PayGate checkout, which shows the amount, coin and network for each payment. SNSSupporter receives the payment status and amount to credit your balance. Crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains, which is a property of the networks themselves.

6. How we use the data

Stored data is used to sign you in, run and refund orders, credit top-ups and bonuses, apply account limits, keep the service secure and understand which pages help visitors. SNSSupporter does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising.

The links and usernames you enter are passed to the delivery system only to fulfil your orders.

7. Retention

Account data, orders and top-up records are kept while the account exists, so that your order history, refunds and refills keep working. Records needed for payment checks and abuse prevention may be kept after an account stops being used. Cookies expire on their own: the session cookie when you sign out or when it times out, the other two after a set period.

8. Your choices

You can use the public pages without an account. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the session cookie is needed to stay signed in. You decide which links and texts you enter into orders. Because there is no email on file, the access token is how an account is identified.

9. Security

Tokens are stored as hashes, the token copy used for payment notices is encrypted, and the site runs over HTTPS. Keep your token and API key private: anyone holding them can use the account, and a lost token cannot be recovered.

10. Changes to this policy

SNSSupporter may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. This policy is written in English, and the English text applies if a translation differs.
