By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

SNSSupporter provides 255 social media services in 33 groups: Instagram, Instagram Korea, Instagram Boost, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, X, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch, Kick, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, VK, Quora, Kwai, Likee, Vimeo, Tumblr, Behance, Steam, Trovo, Audiomack, Deezer, TIDAL, Mixcloud, Boomplay, LINE VOOM, website traffic and App installs. Each service page and the order form show the price, the minimum and maximum quantity, the typical start time, the speed and any refill period.
Services raise public counters such as followers, likes, views, comments, members and installs on the links you enter. Start times and speeds are typical values; actual delivery depends on the platform and on demand. SNSSupporter does not promise any ranking, reach, revenue or account result on a third-party platform.
An account is created with one access token made in your browser at sign-up. The token is shown once; you copy it or save it as a .txt file. No name, email, password or phone number is needed.
The token is the only key to the account and its balance. Keep it private and safe. SNSSupporter stores only a hash of the token, so a lost token cannot be shown again, reset or recovered, and anyone who holds your token can use your account.
Up to 3 accounts can be created from one network (internet connection). Accounts created to get around this limit or to receive the first top-up bonus more than once may be closed.
SNSSupporter works with a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add funds through the PayGate crypto checkout, which offers 12 methods including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and Solana. The minimum top-up is $30 and the maximum is $5,000 per payment.
The balance is used only for orders on SNSSupporter. It is not withdrawn, exchanged or sent to a wallet, and it is not transferable between accounts. Refunds for canceled orders and undelivered quantity return to the balance.
The first top-up of an account receives a bonus added to the balance: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000. Later top-ups are credited at face value.
Bonus funds are part of the balance and are used for orders in the same way. Like the rest of the balance, bonus funds are not withdrawn.
Prices are set in US dollars for one unit (one follower, like, view or play), or per package for package items, and the order total is shown before you press Order. The price charged is the price shown at the moment of ordering. SNSSupporter may change prices, minimums, maximums or the list of services for future orders.
You choose the service, enter the link or username and the quantity, and confirm the total. Orders start automatically. While an order is Pending you can cancel it from the Orders page for a full refund to the balance; once it is In progress it runs until it is Completed, Partial or Canceled.
You are responsible for the link you enter. Before ordering, make sure the profile is public, the link matches the format the service asks for, and you will keep the username unchanged and the post online until the order completes. Do not run two orders of the same service on the same link at the same time.
Quantity delivered to a wrong link, or stopped by a private profile, a changed username or a deleted post, is counted as delivered and is not refunded.
Orders are accepted for lawful content. Posts, profiles, channels and apps about politics, religion, gambling, alcohol, adult or illegal topics are not accepted, and orders for them may be canceled.
You may not use SNSSupporter to harass people, spread fraud or malware, impersonate others, or break the law of your country. You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms where you use the services.
Some services include a refill period, shown on each service, such as 30, 60 or 90 days. If the count drops during that period, you can request a refill with the Refill button on the eligible completed order on the Orders page or with the refill action of the API. A refill sends the dropped amount again, up to the ordered quantity.
Services marked No refill or Not applicable are delivered once. A refill needs the same conditions as the original order: public profile, unchanged username and the post still online.
Refunds are made to the SNSSupporter balance only. A Canceled order is refunded in full, and a Partial order refunds the undelivered quantity, both automatically. The Refund Policy describes every case in detail and forms part of these terms.
SNSSupporter offers a standard SMM panel API v2 at https://snssupporter.site/api/v2 with the actions services, add, status, balance and refill. The API key is created on the Developer page of your account and shown once; keep it as private as the token.
API orders follow the same prices, limits, refund and refill rules as orders placed on the site. Send requests at a reasonable rate; keys used for abuse or excessive load may be disabled.
SNSSupporter aims to keep the site, the order form and the API available at all times. Services may pause for maintenance, for changes on the social platforms or for high demand, and a service can be removed or replaced. Orders already placed on a removed service are completed, made Partial or Canceled, with refunds to the balance under these terms.
SNSSupporter is not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, X, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch, Kick, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, VK, Quora, Kwai, Likee, Vimeo, Tumblr, Behance, Steam, Trovo, Audiomack, Deezer, TIDAL, Mixcloud, Boomplay, LINE, Google Play or the App Store, and has no control over how these platforms count, rank or moderate content. Services are provided as described on each service page.
To the extent the law allows, the total liability of SNSSupporter for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, credited to your balance. SNSSupporter is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions a platform takes on an account.
SNSSupporter may suspend an account or cancel orders that break these terms, such as orders for prohibited content, payment abuse or attempts to collect the first top-up bonus more than once.
SNSSupporter may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
