Pick a platform, pick a service, paste the link or username the service asks for, enter the quantity and check the total before you press Order. The quantity field stops at the service maximum, so you cannot type more than the service allows. The price is taken from your prepaid USD balance and the order starts automatically, with no manual approval step.
Orders start automatically, so most of them move out of Pending within minutes. While an order is still Pending, you can cancel it from the Orders page and the full amount goes back to your balance at once. Once an order is In progress it keeps running until it is Completed or Partial, and any quantity that could not be delivered is refunded to your balance automatically.
Pending means the order is accepted and waiting to start; it can still be canceled from the Orders page. In progress means delivery has started and the counter on your post or profile is rising. Completed means the full ordered quantity was delivered, and on services with a refill period this is when the Refill button can appear.
If the order is still Pending, cancel it from the Orders page right away and the full amount returns to your balance; then order again with the correct link. If the order has already started, delivery goes to the link you entered, and quantity sent to a wrong link is not refunded. Check the link format on the Guide page before ordering: a post service needs a post or Reel link, a follower service needs a username or profile link.
Each service shows its own start time and speed. Instagram likes start within 5 minutes, TikTok views within 10 minutes, Instagram followers within 1 hour at about 100 to 300 a day, and YouTube views within 12 to 24 hours at about 2,000 to 4,000 a day. Hand-written Facebook comments are the slowest item and take 1 to 2 weeks.
Yes, after the first order is Completed. Do not run two orders of the same service on the same link at the same time, because the counters overlap and the second order cannot tell what the first one delivered. For a larger total, place one order with the full quantity, up to the service maximum shown on the order form.
Every service has a minimum and a maximum, shown on the order form and on the Services page. For example, Instagram Likes, Basic runs from 10 to 300,000 and Instagram Followers, Real, International from 100 to 1,000,000. The field stops at the maximum while you type, and the Order button needs at least the minimum.
Keep the profile public, keep the username unchanged until the order completes, and make sure the post stays online. A private profile, a changed username or a deleted post stops delivery, and quantity lost that way is not refunded. Posts about politics, religion, gambling, alcohol, adult or illegal topics are not accepted.
All orders are listed on the Orders page of your account with the service, link, quantity, charge, start count and status. Eligible completed orders show a Refill button there. API users can read the same status with the status action of the API v2.
SNSSupporter is an SMM panel where you buy followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Twitch, Telegram, LinkedIn and more than 20 other platforms from one prepaid USD balance, and every order starts automatically. The 255 services are split into 33 groups: Instagram, Instagram Korea, Instagram Boost, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, X, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch, Kick, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, VK, Quora, Kwai, Likee, Vimeo, Tumblr, Behance, Steam, Trovo, Audiomack, Deezer, TIDAL, Mixcloud, Boomplay, LINE VOOM, website traffic and App installs (Google Play and App Store). The full list with prices is on the Services page.
Services are bought at bulk rates and every order runs through an automated system, from the order form to delivery and refunds, so there is no manual handling cost in each order. That is how Instagram likes start at $0.0000454 each and Telegram post views at $0.000033 each. All prices are fixed in USD and listed per unit (one follower, like or view); packages are priced per package.
Auto services (Instagram auto likes, auto comments, auto Reel views and auto insights) take your username instead of a post link. They deliver to the posts you publish after the order, not to old posts. The 30-day auto like packages, such as 50, 100 or 150 likes per post, are priced per package.
Write one comment per line in the comment box; the number of lines is the quantity. For example, 10 lines order 10 comments. Instagram Comments, Custom Text starts from 3 comments at $0.00198 each, and the Korea custom comment items do not allow hashtags or @ mentions in the text.
Some services include a refill period, shown on each service: 90 days for Instagram followers, 60 days for Telegram members and 30 days for YouTube subscribers, X likes and X followers. If the count drops during that period, press the Refill button on the completed order on the Orders page, or send the refill action through the API. On Instagram followers the refill becomes active 24 hours after delivery, and a drop of 10~20% over the first weeks is normal and covered.
International items come from accounts in many countries and cost less, for example Instagram Followers, Real, International at $0.0007059 each. Korea items come from accounts set up in South Korea, and many offer gender and age options (Male, Female, Age 20~29, Age 30~39). Choose Korea items when your audience or customers are in South Korea.
Follower services need a username or profile link, post services need the post, Reel or video link, YouTube subscribers need the channel link, and Telegram members need a channel or group link (or an invite link for a private group). Auto services need only the username. The Guide page shows the right and wrong formats for each platform.
Small orders do the same job: many services start from 10 units, and some from 1 to 5, so a test order costs a few cents. For example, 10 Instagram likes on the Basic item cost less than one cent at $0.0000454 each. The minimum top-up is $30, and that balance covers many test orders across platforms.
Every price on SNSSupporter is the price of one follower, like, view or play, so the total is simple to check: the price each multiplied by the quantity. Small prices are written out in full, for example $0.0000454 for one Instagram like on Instagram Likes, Basic, and the order form shows the exact total before you press Order.
Yes. The API v2 returns the rate of each service per 1,000 units, the standard format that reseller panels expect, and the charge is the same as on the order form. Divide the API rate by 1,000 to get the price each shown on the site.
Yes. Spotify plays start at $0.000054 each on Spotify Playlist Plays, Twitch followers at $0.0001191 each and website traffic at $0.0001296 per visit. SoundCloud, Kick, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, VK, Quora, Steam and more have their own pages under Services, all paid from the same balance.
Open the Sign up page and an access token is made in your browser. It is shown once: copy it or save it as a .txt file before you continue. There is no email, no password and no phone number; the token is your login.
No. The token is the only key to the account, and SNSSupporter stores only a hash of it, so a lost token cannot be shown again or reset. The balance and orders stay on that account. Keep the token in a password manager or in the .txt file you saved at sign-up.
Up to 3 accounts can be created from one network (internet connection). Most customers need only one, since one balance covers every platform and service. Agencies that want to keep clients apart can use separate accounts within that limit.
No. Sign-up needs no name, email, phone number or card. The account is the access token, and payments run in crypto on the PayGate checkout. The Privacy Policy lists the few things that are stored, such as the token hash and your orders.
Yes. SNSSupporter has a standard SMM panel API v2 at https://snssupporter.site/api/v2. Send a POST request with your key and an action: services, add, status, balance or refill. The API key is created on the Developer page of your account and shown once; the API docs page lists every parameter.
Open the top-up page in your account, choose an amount card ($30, $50, $100, $300, $500 or $1,000; $100 is selected by default) or type your own amount, and continue to the PayGate crypto checkout. Pay the exact amount shown in the coin you picked. The balance is in US dollars and is used for orders on every platform.
Top-ups are paid in crypto on the PayGate checkout, with 12 methods including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and Solana. Cards and PayPal are not offered. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC keep the amount equal to the dollar value you top up.
The minimum top-up is $30 and the maximum is $5,000 per payment. For a larger balance, make more than one payment. The amount cards cover $30, $50, $100, $300, $500 and $1,000.
Your first top-up gets a bonus added to the balance: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000. A first top-up of $1,000 adds $1,250 to the balance. The bonus applies to the first top-up only; later top-ups are credited at face value.
The balance stays on the site and is spent on orders; it is not sent back to a wallet. Refunds for canceled orders and undelivered quantity also return to the balance, ready for the next order. Top up the amount you plan to use; the $30 card covers many small orders.
Yes. Every price is set in US dollars for one unit (one follower, like or view), or per package for package items, and the order total is shown before you press Order. The current price list is dated 2026-11-06 and is on the Services page.
Partial means part of the quantity was delivered and the rest could not be. The undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically, based on the price per unit of that service. For example, if 600 of 1,000 followers are delivered, the cost of the other 400 returns to the balance.
Canceled means the order did not run, either because you canceled it while Pending or because the service could not start it. The full charge is refunded to your balance automatically. You can then order again, for example with a corrected link.
All refunds go to your SNSSupporter balance, in US dollars, and are ready for the next order at once. Refunds are not sent to a crypto wallet. The Refund Policy page lists every case.
Quantity delivered to a wrong link, and delivery stopped by a private profile, a changed username or a deleted post, are not refunded. Drops on services marked No refill are also not refunded. Following the link format on the Guide page and keeping the profile public until the order completes avoids all of these cases.
If the service has a refill period, press the Refill button on the completed order on the Orders page and the dropped amount is sent again, up to the ordered quantity. Instagram followers have a 90-day refill, active 24 hours after delivery; Telegram members 60 days; YouTube subscribers, X likes and X followers 30 days. Services marked No refill are the low-cost tier and are not refilled.
Top-ups are handled on the PayGate checkout page of that payment, which shows the amount, the coin, the network and the payment status. Keep that page open until the payment is confirmed, and send the exact amount on the network shown there. A credited top-up stays on the balance for orders and is not paid back to a wallet.
