SMM Panel API Guide for Resellers: Actions, Responses and Rate Math

What is the SNSSupporter API?

SNSSupporter is an SMM panel where you buy followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Threads and X from one prepaid USD balance, and every order starts automatically. The API gives your own panel, bot or script the same access to the 148 services that the website order form has.

It follows the standard SMM panel API v2 format, so software already built for that format connects with only the URL and key changed. Every call is an HTTP POST to https://snssupporter.site/api/v2 with two fields in every request: key and action.

Orders placed through the API are charged to the same balance as orders on the website and appear on the same Orders page. The full parameter reference is on the API Docs page.

How do you get an API key?

Sign in with your access token, open the Developer page of your account and create an API key. The key is shown once, so copy it into your server's configuration or a password manager right away.

Keep the key on your server only. Calls from a browser or a mobile app would expose it, so route customer orders through your own back end and call the API from there.

A good integration checks three things before it calls add: the link format matches the service (username, post link, video link or channel link), the quantity is inside the min and max from services, and the balance covers the charge. Rejecting a bad order on your side is faster for your customer than waiting for an error.

If a key leaks, create a new one on the Developer page and replace it in your configuration. The new key takes over all API access for the account. When a call fails, the response carries an error field with a short message, for example an invalid key, an unknown service ID or a balance that is too low for the charge; log it with the request so you can fix the cause.

  • Method: POST
  • Body: form fields (key, action and the fields of that action)

Which actions does the API support?

The API has five actions. Each one is sent as the action field together with your key, plus the fields listed in the table.

Start every integration with services to load the catalog, then use add to place orders, status to track them, balance to watch funds and refill on eligible completed orders.

ActionExtra fieldsWhat it returns
servicesNoneThe list of services with ID, name, category, rate, min, max and refill
addservice, link, quantity (or comments)The new order ID
statusorderCharge, start count, status, remains and currency
balanceNoneCurrent balance and currency
refillorderA refill request ID for an eligible completed order

What does the services action return?

The services action returns one entry per service. Store the service ID, rate, min and max in your own database and refresh them daily, so your panel always shows current limits.

The rate is the price in USD per 1,000 units. For package items, such as Instagram Auto Likes, 50 per Post, 30 Days (#1020), the rate is the price of one package, and min and max are both 1.

Here is one entry, written field by field, for Instagram Followers, Real, International.

categoryInstagramService group
rate0.7059USD per 1,000
min100Smallest quantity per order
max1000000Largest quantity per order

How do you place an order with the add action?

Send action=add with the service ID, the link and the quantity. The link follows the same format as on the website: a username for Instagram followers, a post or Reel link for likes, a video link for YouTube views, a channel link for YouTube subscribers.

For custom comment services such as YouTube Comments, Custom Text, International (#1115), send a comments field instead of quantity. Put one comment per line, separated by line breaks; the number of lines becomes the quantity.

A successful call returns the new order ID, for example order: 84172630. Save it with your own customer order, because status and refill use it.

How do you track orders and balance?

Send action=status with order set to the ID from add. The response has five fields: charge (the cost in USD), start_count (the counter when delivery began), status, remains (the quantity still to deliver) and currency.

The status field uses the same words as the Orders page: Pending, In progress, Completed, Partial and Canceled. For Partial, the refund of the remains is already back on your balance; for Canceled, the full charge is back.

Send action=balance to read the current balance, for example balance: 110.0000 and currency: USD. Check it before large batches so your panel can pause new orders when funds run low.

For polling, a status check every 10 to 30 minutes per open order is enough for most services. Stop polling once the status is Completed, Partial or Canceled, since those are final, and store the final charge and remains with your customer order so your own records match the Orders page.

charge3.3575Cost of the order in USD
start_count1240Likes on the post when delivery began
statusIn progressCurrent order status
remains1800Quantity still to deliver

How does the refill action work?

Services with a refill period accept a refill request after they complete: 90 days on international Instagram followers, 60 days on Telegram members, and 30 days on YouTube subscribers, X followers and X likes. The services action shows refill: true for these items.

Send action=refill with the order ID. The response returns a refill request ID, and the missing quantity is sent again to the same link. On the website, the same request is the Refill button on the Orders page.

International Instagram followers become eligible 24 hours after delivery finishes. A common reseller setup is a nightly job that checks counts on recent follower orders and sends refill when the count falls below the start count plus the quantity.

How do you calculate cost and margin from the rate per 1,000?

The charge for an order is the rate multiplied by the quantity divided by 1,000. Packages are the exception: their rate is the price of one package.

Worked example: Telegram Members (#1134) has a rate of $0.4440. A customer orders 10,000 members, so the charge is 10,000 / 1,000 x 0.4440 = $4.44. If your panel sells this service at $1.00 per 1,000, the customer pays $10.00 and your margin is $5.56.

Second example: Instagram Likes, Real, International (#1004) has a rate of $0.0462. An order of 5,000 likes costs 5 x 0.0462 = $0.2310. Sold at $0.15 per 1,000, the customer pays $0.75 and the margin is $0.5190 on one order.

ServiceRate per 1,000QuantityChargeSell at per 1,000Margin
#1134 Telegram Members$0.444010,000$4.4400$1.00$5.5600
#1004 Instagram Likes$0.04625,000$0.2310$0.15$0.5190
#1121 TikTok Views$0.093850,000$4.6900$0.20$5.3100
#1001 Instagram Followers$0.70592,000$1.4118$2.00$2.5882

How do you fund an API account?

API orders draw from the same prepaid USD balance as the website. Add funds from your account through the PayGate crypto checkout with 12 methods, including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB and Solana, from $30 to $5,000 per payment.

The first top-up earns a one-time bonus: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000. A reseller starting with $1,000 receives $1,250 of balance, which covers about 1,770,000 Instagram followers on #1001 at $0.7059 per 1,000.

Balance is used for orders on SNSSupporter, and refunds from Partial and Canceled orders return to it automatically, so the money stays ready for the next API call.
