Instagram followers, auto services, story views and live viewers on SNSSupporter take your username instead of a link. The username is the @handle in your profile address, not the display name shown in bold. This guide shows where to find it and how to paste it in the right format.

Every service that works on the whole account rather than one post uses the username. That includes Instagram followers (#1001, #1002), Korea-targeted followers (#1025 to #1034), auto likes, auto comments, auto Reel views and auto insights, which all run on posts you publish after the order.
Instagram Story Views (#1014) accept the username or a story link and view every active story uploaded in the last 12 hours. Instagram Live Viewers (#1015, #1016) use the username of the account that is live, so start the stream before you order.
Threads followers (#1139, #1140) also use the same username format as Instagram, since a Threads profile shares its handle with the Instagram account.
The username is the unique handle in your profile address, such as instagram.com/yourshop.seoul. It contains no spaces and is the only text that identifies one account on Instagram.
The display name is the bold name shown above your bio, such as Your Shop Seoul. Display names can contain spaces, emoji and any characters, and many accounts share the same one, so the order system uses the username instead.
If you are unsure, open your profile in a browser: the text after instagram.com/ is the username, and that is the text to paste.
The order is tied to the username you entered. Followers and auto services find the account through that handle every time they deliver, so a renamed account leaves the rest of the order without a destination.
Keep the username unchanged until a standard order shows Completed on the Orders page. For auto services, keep it unchanged for the whole time the auto order runs, for example 30 days on the auto likes packages (#1020 to #1022).
If you plan a rebrand, change the username first and place new orders after the change. Orders placed with the new handle run normally from the start.
Set the account to public in Settings and privacy, Account privacy. Followers to a public profile are added directly and counted by the order; a private profile turns them into requests.
Turn off Flag for review in Settings and activity, Follow and invite friends, so new followers are not held back. The Instagram before-ordering guide covers this setting and the other checks in detail.
Posts about politics, religion, gambling, alcohol, adult or illegal topics are not accepted, so check that the profile fits these rules before ordering.
Open a private browser window and go to instagram.com/ followed by the username you plan to paste, for example instagram.com/yourshop.seoul. If your profile opens with your posts and bio, the username is correct and the profile is public.
If the page shows a different account or no account, check for a missing dot, an extra underscore or a letter that looks alike, such as l and 1. Fixing it before ordering takes seconds; an order placed on the wrong handle delivers to that other account.
For accounts you manage for clients, keep a list of the exact handles in a note and copy from there. That habit removes typing errors from every order and makes the Orders page easy to match with each client.
